Trading Terms / Freight Charges
Nobleman Group Pte Ltd – Trading Terms & Conditions
These terms govern all orders and business transactions between Nobleman Group Pte Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") and any purchasing company, distributor, reseller, or partner ("client" or "you") globally.
1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
All products are subject to a minimum order quantity (MOQ), which will vary based on the product type and category.
MOQ requirements will be clearly communicated upon inquiry or during quotation.
Customized or OEM orders may carry higher MOQ due to packaging and production requirements.
2. Accepted Regions
We accept orders from companies based in Asia Pacific (APEC), USA, Europe, and other global regions.
All clients must ensure they comply with local import regulations and product compliance standards in their respective countries.
3. Currency
All transactions will be quoted, invoiced, and payable in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
Any currency conversion fees or international bank charges are to be borne by the client.
4. Product Pricing
Product pricing is exclusive of freight charges, taxes, customs duties, and other government fees unless otherwise stated.
Prices are valid for a limited period as stated in the official quotation or pro forma invoice.
5. Freight & Shipping Charges
Freight is not included in the product invoice.
Once the order is confirmed and ready for dispatch, we will advise the final freight charges separately based on:
Delivery destination
Shipping method (air, sea, express courier)
Final weight and volume of goods
Freight charges will be issued as a separate invoice, payable in full before dispatch.
6. Payment Terms
100% full payment is required in advance for both:
Product invoice
Freight invoice (once finalized)
Payment must be made via bank transfer to the official company bank account as stated in the invoice.
Orders will only be released upon full payment clearance for both goods and freight.
7. Lead Time & Delivery
Estimated production and preparation lead times will be stated upon confirmation of the order.
Delivery schedules are subject to freight availability and client readiness to accept the shipment.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics, customs, or force majeure events.
8. Product Customization & OEM
OEM/private label projects will require written confirmation of all product, packaging, and label details.
Pre-production samples (if applicable) must be approved before bulk production.
Additional lead time and cost will apply to customized orders.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced or after payment is received.
For OEM orders, no refunds will be given once materials or packaging have been committed.
10. Quality & Claims
All products are inspected before shipping. Clients must inspect goods upon delivery.
Any damage, shortage, or defect must be reported within 3 working days of receipt with photo evidence.
Our liability is limited to product replacement or refund at our discretion.
11. Intellectual Property
All branding, trademarks, packaging designs, and content related to SIMPLY, Long Ding, and other in-house brands remain the property of Nobleman Group Pte Ltd.
OEM clients are responsible for ensuring their private label designs do not infringe on any third-party rights.
12. Governing Law
All transactions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
Any dispute arising from or related to business dealings with Nobleman Group Pte Ltd will be settled under Singapore jurisdiction.
